Track Meet is a summer sports game which, when released in Japan, was tied in with the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona while in Germany it was endorsed by soccer player/coach Pierre Littbarski.

Additionally, if you input APPLEII as your name, an Apple II banner is added to the background. This only works in the original Track Meet.

The original release features banners for Nintendo, Lexi-Cross, Battle Chess II and Interplay, while the Japanese release only has banners for Hiro. The German version has no banners at all.
