In the game files, langtext is the name of a folder that the game never runs, there are text banks (ALT_X.bin), that come from different stages of development and some have never been recorded by the actors

Borgin, Lucius and Drago Malfoy Extra dialogue

I thought you were going to buy me a present.

The line above is supposed to be spoken by Draco right after Harry says "It`s Lucius and Draco Malfoy..."

Harry Potter got a Nimbus 2000 last year. Everyone thinks he`s so smart, wonderful Potter, with his scar and his broomstick. I would remind you that it is not - prudent - to appear less than fond of Harry Potter. Not when most of our kind regard him as the hero who made the Dark Lord dissappear.

this line is supposed to be spoken by Lucius, this line was probably rejected because it has nothing to do with the situation.

And young Master Malfoy too - charmed. How may I be of assistance?

This line is meant to be spoken by Borgin right after it says "Mr Malfoy, what a pleasure to see you again."

I`m not buying today, Mr Borgin, but selling.

This line is meant to be spoken by Lucius just after the line above.

I have a few ... items at home that might embarrass me **if the Ministry should happen to call. It`s the same all over. Wizard blood is counting for less everywhere.**

The bolded lines are the unused lines, they are supposed to be spoken by Lucius and Borgin.

Good day, Mister Malfoy, **and if the stories are true, you haven`t sold me half of whats hidden in your manor.**

The lines in ** are the unused lines, they are spoken by Borgin

Diagon Alley

Where did you come out, Harry? Knockturn Alley! Well, gotta be off.

This line is meant to be spoken by Molly Weasley during the cutscene after Harry leaves Borgin and Burckle's and Knockturn Alley is not represented in this game.

Think I`ll go fer the usual at the Leaky Cauldron...

harry must be referring to the pocket money he was supposed to take from the Leaky Cauldron in the development

What`s wrong, Ginny? You don`t look very happy.

Oh, she`ll be all right, won`t you Ginny?

I`ve lost some of the things I need for Hogwarts.
Something wasn`t quite right with the Floo Powder we used to get here.
My things went flying! I saw them shooting off into the fireplaces I passed and now they`re lost forever!

Would you like me to go and look for them?

If you don`t mind, that would be wonderful.

I don`t mind at all. Only too glad to help.

Oh, thank you, Harry!

What exactly am I looking for?

My Potions Kit, a roll of Spellotape, a brand new quill and a set of brass scales.

I can help right away with the Potions Kit. Here, have mine.

Thanks ever so much, Harry!

I need to get a Second Year kit at Mulpeppers, anyway.

The dialogue between Harry, Ginny and Molly Weasley would have been different. Harry's first line is used in the game and so is the "Would you like me to go and look for them? " line too. However, the line should have given more detail to the fact that Ginny as lost her things, Harry should have presumably given Ginny his old vial.

Fred & George

Curse of the Bogies, eh, Potter! An excellent purchase! Malfoy`s going to look great with snot streaming from his conk!
Oh, and for eight Galleons you can buy Curse of the Bogies!

Leaky Cauldron

Ah, Mr Potter. Delighted to see you again. Make yourself at home and have a good look around. The cellar is full of surprises . . .
The Leaky Cauldron s cellar is a great place to explore, Mr Potter.

Some line that Tom the barman never said, those line exists on the xbox but not on this one

Flourish and Blotts

When young Harry here stepped into Flourish and Blotts, he only wanted to buy my autobiography - but he had no idea that he would shortly be getting so much more than my book.

This line is said by Lockart before he announces his position to Hogwart, it is said in the movie.

Diagon Alley delete scene ?

Not lost are you my dear? I`m fine thanks, I`m just-
Harry! C`mon over `ere, Harry! What d`yeh think yer doin` in Knockturn Alley?
Hagrid, I was lost!
Floo Powder... Knockturn Alley`s a dodgy place, Harry - don`t want no one ter see yeh down there. C`mon, this way...

Lines of dialogue between Harry and Hagrid can be found, revealing that Hagrid should have found Harry at Knockturn Alley as in the movie.

DADA

He tells me he knows a little about duelling himself and has sportingly agreed to help me with a short demonstration.

This line is found just after Lockart is introduced the class. As evidenced by this line and the rest of this line that exists in the sound dialogue of the game, Lockart and Snape should have duelled like in the movie

If you ↓d like to partner up with Mr Weasley-

Line from the movie but Snape's answer line doesn't exist

Gringotts ?

Too busy. Go talk to someone else. <br>

Madness... sheer madness...

Hogwart (General)

The Unknow Teacher

Ah, Potter. Ready to continue our winning streak from last year?
I m certain we re good enough, but we re definitely going to have to practice a lot harder. No time like the present, so let s have a run-through of the basics . . .
When you fly through a ring, it adds to your broom s magical charge and increases its speed. Likewise, missing a ring decreases the charge.
Great going, Potter. Your broom s halfway charged - keep it up.
Your broom s now fully charged and you can boost! ( ) You can tell when you re ready to boost by the trail of sparks coming from your broom.
These are Bludgers - nasty pieces of work, as you ll remember from last year.
You don t want to get hit by a Bludger if you can avoid it.
re close enough to the Snitch now, but you always have to boost ( ) to get into a position to catch it.
Great going, Potter! Now grab the Snitch . . .
Looks like you ve improved on last year Potter.
With this line up, Gryffindor are a dead cert for the Quidditch Cup again. That ll really get up Snape s nose.
As Hufflepuff are in training as well, they ve agreed to take part in a practice game with us.
You ll have to compete against their Seeker now, but I m sure that ll be no problem for you, Potter.
Incredible flying, Potter! Even Madam Hooch would have to give you a good grade.
Pretty good going, Potter - but I m sure you can do better with practice.
That was appalling. You re going to have to get in loads of practice if we re going to stand a chance against Slytherin this year.
I ll expect to see you again right here for more training.
t let Professor McGonagall find out, but here, take this broom and get in as much practice as you can.
t believe you did worse than last time.
We just have to get better. Maybe you should take a rest and then come back for more practice.

A race at the Quidditch Gatehouse ?

think that someone over by the Quidditch Gatehouse would like to give you a race.
Hey there, Harry. Fancy racing me to the trees and back? Ready? Three-two-one-go!
You didn t win that time, Harry.
Like to race again, eh, Harry? Get ready then & Three-two-one-go!
Well done, Harry - you won the race! I think someone might be needing your help over in the Cloisters.

Confiscated Items Storeroom

Hey there, Harry. Fancy a broomstick race? If you can beat me, i'll give you the key to the Confiscated Item Storeroom. What do you say? Will you race me?
here's the key to the Confiscated Items Storeroom. You'll find it just off the flying courtyard on the other side of the bridge.
Apparently, there's a secret storeroom somewhere in Hogwarts where Flitch keep all the things confiscated by the teachers.

As mentioned above, data from the confiscated items room from the PS2 version is still present in the game, but is all unused.
