User Talk Pages

Hi, please do not create talk pages for 1) banned users, and 2) simply creating a placeholder/dumb joke. Thanks. -Ehm (talk) 18:12, 9 September 2018 (EDT)

  • It wasn't a Talk Page, it was a User Page. I only did that cause that user vandalized my profile, you most likely won't see something like that from me again. I apologize. Thank you for keeping TCRF safe though, that vandalism was pretty bad. I hope you're having a better day since then.--DarthDub (talk) 05:25, 10 September 2018 (EDT)

Kingdom Hearts Room Modifier

Hey, thank you for adding the room modifier codes for Kingdom Hearts! I'm looking to get screenshots of some of the unused rooms, but most textures are garbled, including some of the HUD, which leads me to believe it's an emulator issue. I'm using a recent dev version of PCSX2 1.5, and I'm running the NTSC-U version of the game. Do you know if there's a way to fix the textures, or do they currently display properly only on a console? Thanks! --Kimimaru (talk) 22:45, 22 June 2019 (EDT)

I would recommend using the code while loading a save file, hold R2 before loading to make sure the game loads it fully. I'm also on TCRF's Discord if you need me. --DarthDub (talk) 02:47, 23 June 2019 (EDT)

Zelda Phantom Hourglass Source edits

Hey, I saw you changed a bunch of text for the Zelda Phantom Hourglass page by removing the source tags and in-lining them with the explanation text. I personally don't think there's any value in drawing attention to meaningless details by putting them in-line and before the explanation (after all, it's just a path in the filesystem), and it breaks continuity in some places where several sources are used (like with the "steamer" boat model). Is there any style guideline for TCRF that encourages this, or was this just a stylistic choice on your part? In case of the latter, I'd like to revert parts of that edit.--Thre4dinf0 (talk) 05:18, 6 September 2021 (UTC)

  • I have been told by admins that the source tag is for sourcing people/websites and not for actual directories in a game's data. I apologize if I messed up a part of the page. (P.S. Also use the signature button when writing on someone's talk page or else it looks like I'm talking to myself. It's the button with a squiggly line over an underscore line.)--DarthDub (talk) 21:25, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
    • Ah, I see! Well, in that case, I'll leave those changes and just adjust it a bit for the parts that bothered me. Thank you for letting me know :) (also, sorry for not adding a Signature, I haven't used these Talk pages a lot before)--Thre4dinf0 (talk) 05:18, 6 September 2021 (UTC)

Thanks!

Thanks for helping out with fixing up my header spacing. It was a personal preference of mine to have a space between the = and the text but I started noticing that most of the wiki doesn't do this. I had forgotten about Pool Nation FX having the same issue when I created the article, so thanks for helping correct that. 👍 4️04️UNF 💬 ✏️ 04:28, 21 September 2021 (UTC)
