Title Screen
The logo was different between the Japanese and International versions due to its name change. This also extends to the Roll Credits cutscene after clearing Story Mode. The Japanese logo also has Wario at the top of it on the Title Screen.

All Spanish language versions of the game have the question mark used in place for stuff that's locked stylized as (?), rather than ? in the international versions, probably because the question mark is almost always accompanied by an inverted question mark in the Spanish language.

In the Japanese version, the game uses circles in many different microgames when completed. These were all replaced with check marks in the international versions (here are the graphics from Skate Race as an example).

For the Super Mario Bros. boss microgame description, the European version adds the word "maybe".

For the Fire Emblem: Awakening microgame, there are a few wording changes.

For the Head Count microgame, one word was changed.
Along with all these microgame description differences, all the Nintendo microgames reference what year the game was released. If the year is different between the Europe and US versions, that is changed as well. This also applies to the Nintendo collectible toys.

The mushroom was changed for the international versions of the game. However, international versions still feature the Japanese version's mushroom graphic as "Shroom C" in the Wario Kard minigame.
Write On, Dude
The Japanese version of this microgame requires the correct stroke count, whereas internationally, the detection is more forgiving.
