The Wireless 60 is one of many "I can't believe it's not the Wii!" knockoff Plug & Play systems with games developed by JungleTac.
Unused Graphics
An unused .bmp file containing JungleTac's logo can be found twice in the internal ROM at 0x2D84900 and 0x3488900. An identical graphic is also present in the Vii's internal ROM, as well as in both dumped multicarts released for it.
