Through cheats, you can play as unplayable Yo-kai such as Hinozall or Veteran Employee. Some Yo-kai such as Golden Claws work perfectly fine, some such as Captain Thunder only work as AI, and some such as Hoggles don't work at all. Using cheats reveals that the 3 unobtainable Wicked Yo-kai have their own medallium icons, indicating that at some point they were meant to be obtainable but were scrapped. Other boss-spawned Yo-kai such as Cream Puffs use Pandle's icon as a placeholder.
