Also known as: Soukoban 2 (JP) This game has a hidden sound test. |
Sound Test
Enter XK5R (US) or たかはし (Japan) as a password. The Japanese password (Takahashi) is a reference to the game's composer, Goro Takahashi.
Regional Differences
Sound Test
Once again, the Japanese version has different names than the North American version.
North America | Japan | Translation |
---|---|---|
MUSIC | そうこの やねうら | The Attic of the Warehouse |
SUNDAY SAMBA | さんでー さんば | Sunday Samba |
TOKIO SWIMMERS | とうきょう すいまーず | Tokyo Swimmers |
T-BOGIE | とむろさか ぶぎー | Tomurosaka Boogie |
C-CHO | くじけない やつ | The One Who Won't Give Up |
METAL | こおりの うでわ | Bracelet of Ice |
T-DANCE | もるじぶ の おおいそら | The Many Skies of the Maldives |
It may also be worth noting that in the Japanese version, at the music selection at the beginning of the game, the three selectable songs use their sound test names, while the North American version just names them BGM. Also, the Japanese version shortens もるじぶ の おおいそら to just もるじぶ.
Staff Roll
Much of the staff was cut from the Japanese version. Also, some people replace others in the credits.
