Zangief Magic Throw
In the USA 930911 (dated September 11, 1993) revision, it is possible to Zangief to do the Siberian Suplex move even if the opponent is far away if the player does the reversal, medium kick version. This works best against projectile characters. While no other versions of the game feature the glitch, this glitch was carried to his "old" version in the US revisions of Super Turbo.
