How about a nice leek in this trying time?
This page or section details content from the September 2020 Nintendo Leak.

Hmmm...
To do:
Are there are more documents?

Jetpack

WiiSports-InternalJetpackDocument.png
This mysterious image was found in a document and depicts a Mii using a jetpack (akin to the Rocket Belt from the Pilotwings series) to fly around the same early version of Wuhu Island seen in the E3 2006 Wii Sports: Airplane demo.

The idea of using the Rocket Belt to fly around Wuhu Island ended up being reused for Pilotwings Resort.

Golf

Wii sports internaldocument golf.jpg
An early screenshot of golf resembling the version shown at E3 2006 is found in a document. The version shown here is almost identical to the E3 2006 one, though with the interesting difference of the hole being played marked as "Hole 1-1" instead of Hole 1, implying golf originally had...worlds?

Bowling Documents

WiiSportsBowlingDoc1.png
A mockup for starting the game. The text at top translates to "Match confirmation", and the text for the buttons at the bottom translate to "Individual Matches" and "Team Matches" (a feature that wouldn't debut until Wii Sports Resort) and a Mii can be seen with an all-blue body.

WiiSportsBowlingDoc2.png
A mockup for pressing A and B to start your turn, showing the player's skill level and high score. The "Press A and B" graphic is reused from the Wii Sports E3 2006 demo.

WiiSportsBowlingDoc.png
A mockup for the results screen. The text at the top translates to "Score Result" and the text in the yellow bubble translates to "High score".

WiiSportsBowlingDoc4.png
A mockup for the skill level screen.

WiiSportsBowlingDoc5.png
A final version of the results screen with Miis of Satoru Iwata, Shigeru Miyamoto, Mario, and Peach. For some reason, the scores for each frame have been pasted over with 88, 44, and 233.
