Unused Ending
Present on the disc is an unused movie named VLILWIN.AVI, which seems to be a bad ending.
It is unknown if you can trigger this movie while playing, but Robert Layland, one of the game's designers, stated that the game was originally going to have branching paths, but Sega decided against it. Also stated was that the movies were made before the game was finished, so it's entirely possible that achieving a bad ending was cut after the movie was already made.
