At the title screen, hold A + C + Down + Left and press Start. Release the buttons when the screen goes black, and you'll access a hidden menu that contains both a level select and a sound test.

Undocumented QA Cheats

After collecting the first five pickups in the following order ("Cake", "Hammer", "Apple", "Earth", "Tap"), the player is given 32767 ticks of invincibility, or around 10 minutes. This also auto-unlocks all doors in the castle hub next time the castle is loaded. This "CHEAT" also enables the following QA-like features in the final game:

Input Result
AAAA Attempts to skip James to the final exit trigger
ABAB Alternate method to skip James to the final exit trigger (may work when AAAA fails)
BABA Replace the player's score with the current level ID
UDBA Give the player another 2000 ticks (~2 minutes) of invincibility
LRAB Gives the player flying hair pickup

Unused Jingle

"Jingle 1" on the sound test is some sort of victory fanfare that's never used in the game.
