It's Crash Bandicoot with M&M's characters (get it?). Not only that, but it's also a significantly watered-down port of the PC game M&M's The Lost Formulas (with the most notable difference being that the Math Zones were axed here).

Hmmm...
To do:
  • There's apparently a debug menu. Find out how to access it & showcase any findings here
  • There's apparently regional differences. Document them here.

Unused Graphics

Early Final

LEVG.TIM is an early version of the level select screen, and looks a lot slicker in comparison.

Early Final
M&mshellshocked PAUSE.png M&mshellshocked pause.png

PAUSE.TIM is an unused pause screen. Pausing in-game just stops the gameplay and displays "PAUSE" on-screen.

M&mshellshocked NTILE.png

NTILE.TIM is a tiled bubble texture.

Early Final
M&mshellshocked LEVBOX1.png M&mshellshocked LEVBOX.png

At the bottom of LEVBOX1.TIM is an early graphic for locked levels, saying "NOT AVAILABLE" instead of "CLOSED".

Early Final
M&mshellshocked NOCARD.png M&mshellshocked NOSLOT.png

NOCARD.TIM is an earlier version of the "Memory Card full" screen, which says to press any key to continue instead of the usual two-button prompts. It's also worth noting that the message is misspelt as "YOUR MEMORY CARD HAVE NO EMPTY SLOTS".

Batch File

1.BAT is a batch file for the menu textures.
