Investigating the Off-Pitch singing from the Japanese version
So, when researching about this game online I found people claiming that in the Japanese versions, there's a random chance a Mii can sing the Concert Hall songs off-pitch. I tried to test it out in Citra, but as of the time of writing, it can not emulate the TTS properly in any context of the game (with an exception being the Concert Hall songs in any international version.) So, I went ahead and installed the Japanese version of the game to my 3DS.
I found out that the off-pitch singing is not random, but rather, based off the Mii's voice settings. I haven't figured out what setting exactly makes the Mii bad at singing, but my own personal Mii was affected. Here are my settings in case anyone wants to try it out by themselves:

Explanation for the off-pitch singing
The intonation number 2 of the Mii's voice settings changes the pitch of the last syllable to a higher tone. For some reason the intonation is fully applied while singing and even before the last syllable (unlike intonation 3 which barely changes the Mii's singing voice but strongly affects its normal talking voice).

Unused music
Inside clone_sound.bcsar there exists 9 likely unused themes with the names BGM_SONG_---_CLICK.bcseq, where --- is replaced with "BALLAD", "ENKA", "JPOP", "METAL", "MUSICAL", "OPERA", "RAP", "ROCK" and "TECHNO". These appear to be metronomes for their respective concert hall songs. Interestingly, the tracks in these files seem to all have their channel volume set to zero. I believe these were used by composers Asuka Ito and Daisuke Matsuoka when making these songs, or possibly for testing synchronization with the Mii voices, I am not sure. These tracks have been uploaded by myself here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtlLrzvj4MBMUbwC4ECXQ_A
Inside romfs/sound/stream/ in the North American and European versions of the game, there exists a track called sugetting.dspadpcm.bcstm. This seems to also be a metronome-like track, and appears to also be unused. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KlOqR_Xi09s
There is another similar metronome-like (and probably unused) track called dream_krdance.dspadpcm.bcstm, also only in the NA and EUR versions of the game. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HSe_XLE0lE
