The SNES port of Operation Thunderbolt is a Super Scope enhanced port of the arcade original with a different storyline and characters to choose from.

Starting at 0x686 is some debug messages for the SNES Mouse, as with several other SNES games that has support for the SNES Mouse.

Anti-Piracy

The game normally does not include any SRAM, but still checks if there is any SRAM present by writing to it on game bootup. If the write was successful, the game disables all controller input when the player reaches the title screen, making it impossible to start a game.
