There are 58 unused moves in the game, though the vast majority of them are still used by the game indirectly.

These moves can be accessed by using the respective cheat code:

The code will modify the first move of the first Pokémon while in a Dungeon. The "????" must be replaced with the relative move ID. Valid values are up to 019C.

Note that the move Type, PP, Power, Hit Rate, and Range are often not indicative to the actual effect in-game.

Triggered Indirectly

These moves are actually used by the game, but their Type, PP uses, and move description are unseen.

Completely Unused

Excavate: debris animation is displayed two times, differently from Rock Smash.
Famish: pretty useless, since it needs to be used 10 times to empty enemies' belly.

These moves are not used during normal gameplay by any means.
