Prison Architect is a simulation game where you develop and manage a private prison.
Or you could just screw everything up by fun-modding the game and making prisons in the shape of a smiley face.

Debug Menu
A debug menu is often seen in developer videos. It can be accessed by changing the CheatsEnabled boolean from false to true in a prison save file or through mods.
