In the preview version, the dimensions of course selection screen graphics were 128x128, but the most noticeable differences are two of the world previews. In the Preview version, the preview images of the beach, funfair, and downtown levels were completely different. Looking at the Preview version of the urban world, the downtown level was originally going to take place during the day, but in the final version, the level takes place at night. The final versions of the desert and suburban worlds are similar to their Preview counterparts, but the dimensions are 256x256.

GUIs

In both the preview versions, the Soul Session Timer originally had four points rather than five, and the maximum amount of time was three minutes. The final version has a maximum of five minutes.

Some of the Preview GUIs for the objectives were much different from the final versions. The manhole covers originally had the word SEWER on them. Another difference is the funfair tickets. The tickets in the Preview were a different color, and they bore the text Admit One. The steel beams in the construction level were originally going to be orange, and the monorail tracks in the space level used to be a single rail.
