The logo for the D.U.N.E. (Developers Universal Non-programming Environment) software is present on the disc, perhaps indicating that the game was developed using said program.
Unused Music
A MOD file named MOD.STARTEST (or "dirge3b" in the MOD itself) exists on the root of the CD and doesn't seem to be used anywhere in the game.
