Character Portraits
Icons for 2 generic fifth graders.
An icon for a random woman, most likely a placeholder deisgn for the nurse in the Abortion Clinic.
Two icons for a Visitor. The first variant appears as the mission icon for the "Alien Abduction" mission in some prototypes, so the latter was most likely going to serve the same purpose.
An icon for a cut character called "Bobby". Judging by the design, he was most likely a Glee Club member (if not the leader).
An icon for Brimmy, who doesn't appear in the game.
Icons for The Three Murderers: Ted Bundy, Jeffery Dahmer and John Wayne Gacy are all from the Season 10 episode "Hell on Earth 2006". They were going to appear in Hell, where you could be friends with them after you bought something from their shop.
Two icons for Junichi Takiyama, the owner of City Sushi. In the final game, City Sushi is destroyed and can't be entered.
An icon for a cut character named Courtney. Despite appearing in some cutscenes, she's not actually in the game.
An icon for the Crab King. He was going to appear in the Crab City.
An icon for a character named Mark and his wife. While the couple does appear in the game, they use more generic models and can't be friended.
An icon featuring Wendy Testaburger, Bebe Stevens and Allie Nelson. It was likely going to be used as the icon for the "Recruit the Girls" mission.
An icon featuring the four Goth Kids. Once again, most likely an icon for their mission.
An icon for the Vice President of Marketing. In early prototypes, he is a boss encountered at the end of the 2nd night.
Icons for Heidi's parents, Thomas and Nancy. Most likely inteded to appear in Heidi's house.
An icon for a Hobo. Could have been the original icon for "The Homeless Problem" side mission.
An icon for H.P. Lovecraft, who appears in some early prototypes.
An icon for Frederick Johnson (aka. the Ghost of Human Kindness), from the Season 6 episode "Child Abduction is Not Funny". In early prototypes, he played the role of the pedophile photographer.
An icon for Kelly from the Season 3 episode "Rainforest Shmainforest". She doesn't appear anywhere in the game.
An icon for a cut character called Kevin (not to be confused with Kevin Stoley).
Icons for Nathan and Mimsy. They were going to appear in a side mission called "Nuts in Jimmy's Mouth". Nathan and Mimsy would not appear in any mainline game until The Fractured But Whole's DLC Bring The Crunch.
An icon for Monica Ryland's boyfriend. While he does appear in the game, he's only fought once and can't be friended.
An icon for Bebe's mom, Mrs. Stevens. She doesn't appear in the game.
An icon for the Photo Dojo clerk. He appears in some early prototypes.
An icon for Scott the Dick. According to early prototypes, he was going to play a large role in the story. He disguised himself as the Prince in order to get the NFL into Canada.
An icon for Kenny's ex-girlfriend Tammy Warner, from the Season 13 episode "The Ring".
An icon for Terrence Mephesto, the son of Dr. Alphonse Mephesto. He appeared as an enemy in the very first prototype.

The Perkins restaurant viewed from Clyde's Fortress. While it does appear in the game, it uses a graphic similar to this one except without the logo.

A bunch of removed tiles meant to appear in Canada. These are actually leftovers from old prototypes, where Canada was originally larger. The castle icon was used to mark enterable areas, while the blue statue was a marker for a removed area called the "Queefing Caverns".
A button icon of a pentagram. It was most likely meant for the Woodland Critters Summon, which can be seen in some early trailers.
Icons for the New Kid, Butters and 4 different enemy typesː Melee, Fast, Healer and Ranged, leftovers from the earliest available prototype. They were likely going to appear in the Inspection menu.
Combat portraits for Lemmiwinks, Al Gore disguised as ManBearPig and Stan's dog Sparky. They were meant to be temporary allies that could be summoned in battle.
An item icon for Canadian Maple Syrup. It was meant for a removed side mission called "Maple Syrup", where you had to return stolen Maple Syrup to the Maple Syrup Factory's owner. While the mission is fully functional in some prototypes, this graphic doesn't appear.
Temporary graphics for Armor, Strap-ons, Gloves and Helmets. Interestingly, they seem to show an early version of the Mage's default outfit.
Temporary icons for Melee, Ranged and a scrapped weapon category called Magic.

An icon for a removed overworld ability called Dash. In several prototypes, the Dash is unlocked after recruiting Tweek. After charging for a second, it can be used to dash through obstacles/enemies.
An icon for some insulin. It was meant for a removed Scott side mission called "Rod of Insulin +1", where you had to get an insulin rod for Scott from the Abortion Clinic. The mission is functional in the earliest available prototype.
Icons for every Buddy (except Jimmy), which appear in the inventory in some early builds.
An early version of Cartman's portrait that appears in the Party menu. His hat was originally larger and his hair wasn't visible.
An early version of Cartman's icon which appears in battle. The outlines of his chins were originally a lot darker.
An icon for an "Altar" item. Most likely related to the cut Woodland Critters summon.
Two icons for cut itemsː Broken Hammer and Fixed Hammer. These items (without the graphics), appear in the earliest available build, where they are a part of a cut mission involving Butters breaking his hammer and getting grounded for it. The mission would have introduced the player to a cut crafting mechanic.

An icon for a scrapped ability called Heart Arrow. It was likely the original icon for his normal bow attack.
