A good A-RPG based on the Japan-only S-RPG series Summon Night. Ironically, it fared better at providing a handheld "Tales of" feel than the Phantasia GBA port.

It is the first in the GBA Swordcraft Story spin-off trilogy, but the third and best title was sadly never localized. Weirdly, this was released three years after the Japanese version in North America.

While untranslated, it has functional Sound Test options. You can also warp to dungeons (which causes glitches sometimes), and begin at any given day to continue the story at that point. You are asked then to choose your familiar and your love interest, as well as name the characters.
