Super Champion Baseball is an arcade baseball game. Up to two players can play this arcade baseball game. This game features running, pitching, and hitting a baseball with a bat. It is in full color and has sound effects and music.

Character Monitor

Place this cheat in MAME's sbasebal.xml cheat file to change the standard test mode into a character monitor:

  • 1P Left / 1P Right: Increases/decreases BG/FG/Sprite character offset by 1.
  • 1P Up / 1P Down: Increases/decreases BG/FG/Sprite character offset by 10.
  • 1P Button 1: Switches between "Line" (1x1) and "Block" display modes.
  • 1P Button 2: In Block mode, switches between 4x3 and 4x4 block groupings.
  • 1P Start: Toggles "Fix" mode. When set on, displays the current HUD graphics bank behind the BG/FG/Sprite graphics bank.
  • 2P Left / 2P Right: Increases/decreases BG/FG/Sprite palette by 10.
  • 2P Up / 2P Down: Increases/decreases BG/FG/Sprite palette by 1.
  • 2P Button 1: Load previous HUD graphics bank.
  • 2P Button 2: Increments HUD palette number.
  • 2P Button 3: Decrements HUD palette number.
  • 2P Start: Load next HUD graphics bank.
