Leftover PC text

I'm working on a mod for this game. I was poking around in the FF7.exe file to edit some text, and I found some unused bits of text left over from the PSX version:

This Memory card is damaged and cannot be used. Please insert another Memory card. Not enough space left on save data file. Use another save data file, or erase 1 block of saved data. Couldn't read it. Still want to begin the game?
