The Contest Code?

I can't make it work with the NTSC version. I'm putting it in while it's showing me the top scores at the track after the time trial...--Dr.MarioX 18:00, 13 August 2012 (EDT)

You're supposed to enter the code once the options show up (Retry, Change Course, etc).JetForceGemini64 20:04, 13 August 2012 (EDT)

I did some research and found out the contest code was actually used by Club Nintendo in Japan. They held a special contest January 2004.Should I add this to the main page? --PushDustIn (talk) 08:20, 7 May 2015 (EDT)

Debug file on disk

There's a Linker Map file on the disk detailing method names and addresses. Is this worth noting? Seizure22 01:36, 5 September 2012 (EDT)

But is it actually unused? It could be for runtime dynamic linking.--Henke37 11:50, 20 July 2013 (EDT)

Unused Song?

The song 'Guragura_mario_0.x.32.c4.ast' is another version of Baby Park with an extra intro. Can someone confirm if this is unused or not? --Hinokari 16:48, 27 January 2014 (EST)

Is it the version used in the battle course named Tilt-A-Kart? That one starts with the intro to the Super Mario Bros. ground theme. --Mattrizzle (talk) 17:45, 27 January 2014 (EST)

A heart outside the sky box of Rainbow Road

I just found a heart outside the sky box of rainbow road, is in a mixed texture in the front and yellow in the back. The preceding unsigned comment was added by TheUltimateRetro (talk • contribs)

Documenting the Mario Kart: Double Dash!! Demo Disc's demos on one page?

Would it be feasible? I would be willing to put in the effort to get a ton of info. -- Donetsu52 (talk) 22:42 18 July 2015 (CST)

Lap 9 unused graphic?

There is a Lap 9 graphic that probably goes unused (you can see it here:https://youtu.be/JxCKizmST0Y?t=153). Even though there is settings to have 9 laps in Grand Prix/VS mode, it uses the Final Lap graphic instead. --BlueYoshi (talk) 16:11, 30 November 2019 (EST)

Slide-Attack on PAL

Even though the manual says you can steal items by slide-attack, no matter how hard I try, I could never get it to work. In videos I watched it looks easy and trivial, but it never worked when I played. So I assumed it's a version difference. Please look into it to confirm it. --Mugg1991 (talk) 09:24, 8 July 2020 (UTC)

It's 2 player-coop only, so if you try it in 1 player it won't work, otherwise it functions perfectly fine.--BlueYoshi (talk) 20:49, 26 May 2022 (UTC)
