Hidden bits in transparent textures

Two things:

  • I checked most of the game's textures with Gimp's Anti-Erase tool and...wow. The majority of transparent textures (mostly newer ones) have unused bits hidden by the alpha channel. Considering how many there are, I'm not sure if these should be put here or split onto their own page.
  • How do you maintain transparency when using Anti-Erase (or similar tools)? I tried it on the Alex texture and unlike the one on the page, it had a black background.

I'm pretty sure Anti-Erase works by removing alpha transparency, so you're always going to lose the original image's transparency. Nothing you can do but add it back manually. --BMF54123 (talk) 23:20, 8 September 2014 (EDT)

Snow Golem's true face not unused anymore

Since 1.9 is now out and you can still remove the pumpkin from the snow golem wit shears, should we change it's entry? Khalil805 (talk) 13:21, 1 March 2016 (EST)
