OK, putting this here, because, firstly I don't know if this actually works, and secondly because of some stuff I will mention.

I have just found a code that supposedly is for a debug menu, the same debug menu in Time/Darkness in fact. However, according to this YouTube video showcasing it, none of the debug menu actually works in Explorers of Sky.

So, without further ado, the code:

0202ABEC E5900100
94000130 FFDF0000
0202ABEC E3A00001
D0000000 00000000

(to get to the debug menu, turn the code on, then hold the left arrow down on the main menu and press A)

Anti-Piracy?

Hi all. Recently I played through my copy of Sky and I used a cheating device for PP and Belly infinite. In beach Cave all teh items became Plain Seeds with the Descriptiion "$$$", and I picked one up, I cannot sell it or store it, and it multiplied as I played. I think this may be Anti-Piracy. Should I add this? [1]

Enabling more than one cheat code at the same time can cause adverse effects while playing. This person also had multiple cheats enabled when encountering the issue. Another factor might be a bad rom dump, unless you're using a retail cart. Also, next time upload your photo(s) to an image hosting site like Imgur or Puush instead of the wiki server. Found some weird unused cutscenes

I was able to uncover some very odd cutscenes by using the game's hidden chapter select menu and selecting the "Debug" option.

Inside this sub-menu, there are three options:

Program Debug,
H Debug,
and M Debug.

Program Debug seems to simply skip to the start of the postgame, with no obvious changes.

H Debug and M Debug both display very odd cutscenes, neither of which are used. Strangely, neither of these cutscenes have text; all the textboxes are completely empty.

Both rooms use the map ID D41P41A.

Unused Animations sub-page

This sub-page is redundant. Just about every animation that is unused in Explorers of Sky is similarly unused in Explorers of Time/Darkness and should be covered there instead, as those games have a little more to document. (mainly some Rescue Team leftovers relating to Eevee and Jirachi which got redrawn or wiped for Sky) The only exception seems to be one or two object graphics and background variants originating from the Time/Darkness intro which got dummied out in Sky, but to me this seems minor enough to be covered on the main page if needed.

Is anyone opposed to deleting this? --RRad (talk) 16:14, 24 January 2025 (UTC)

Kinda, I don't think deleting it is good. But it might be an idea to redact non-Sky stuff and link to the Time/Darkness page. Nonetheless more organization with subpages always help. The main page is a bit bloated as it is. Tamamo-no-Bae (talk) 18:01, 24 January 2025 (UTC)
