Is this really unused? You actually can charge up your rocket pack too long, and I'm pretty sure this is the face he makes. --BMF54123 14:38, 30 September 2011 (EDT)
- I'm... pretty sure... that when I used to play, I held the rocket charged for eons, to use it when I see fit, and never had it explode. But yep, you're right! I just tested, and he did explode. But wow... You need to have the charge held for a huge time. After the charge is full, a variable counts up (FFC05A) and when it reaches 1800, the rocket explodes. Basically, you explode after 30 seconds. Well, when I read the edit summary, I really hoped you were right, so I could learn something new about the game! {EspyoT} 16:39, 30 September 2011 (EDT)
[1] I'm gonna sound noobish, but how exactly did you figure that out, Andlabs? Did you disassemble it? If so, how exactly do you do that on Gens? There's probably a tutorial somewhere. {EspyoT} 12:09, 3 October 2011 (EDT)
Prelease Stuff?
Should I add the prerelease page including concept artwork of Sparkster during his development or no? Also one interesting note, if you watch this trailer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rys5WXk4tcE his idle sprite is different from the final, it resembles to that of how he stands in the game cover. Should I create the prerelease page?--DigitalDiamal99 (talk) 20:55, 3 January 2017 (EST)
- That's actually really interesting! You should definitely add it! Also, it would be cool if you could include the concept art, since some other prerelease articles has them. Anton Cool Guy (talk) 06:14, 9 February 2017 (EST)
USA Sample?
This was found in a Genesis ROM set on archive.org, labelled simply "sample". I'm barely even passingly familiar with this game though, so all I can offer is that it seems to be the US version but with an always-on stage select. --SapphireFlame (talk) 21:18, 19 August 2022 (UTC)
- Should probably show the particular set as well: it's this one! --SapphireFlame (talk) 21:20, 19 August 2022 (UTC)
