...Well, all the articles here are, in a way. But this one moreso, and the article may contain incomplete information and editor's notes.

Ambient

Sound File name Note
amb_luciendeath.wav A very ominous ambient sound. Given its name, it was likely meant to played when you discover Lucian's fate. It's not defined in the game's data, meaning it's only available in the files.

Spells

Frost Damage

Sound File name Note
spl_frost_cast.wav Frost Damage is the only elemental magic effect that doesn't use unique sounds, it seems the developers simply forgot to assign these to the magic effect since all four of them are defined in the game's data. Generic sounds from the school of Destruction are used instead.
spl_frost_hit.wav
spl_frost_travel_lp.wav
spl_frost_fail.wav

Poison Damage

Sound File name Note
spl_poison_cast.wav Poison Damage is a cut magic effect, which is actually a carry over from Morrowind which had a Poison effect. But since it was pretty useless in that game (and there are effects that pretty much do the same thing), the developers probably thought it's not worth adding back. Its own unique magic icon (still called Poison Damage) was recycled for the Weakness to Poison effect.
spl_poison_hit.wav
spl_poison_travel_lp.wav
spl_poison_fail.wav

Weapons

Staff

Sound File name Note
File:Placeholder.ogg tes4-combat-staff_ready.wav Sound files for sheathing/unsheathing staffs. In the game, both actions are completely silent.
File:Placeholder.ogg tes4-combat-staff_sheath.wav

Morrowind Weapons

All weapon sheathing/unsheathing sounds from Morrowind are in the files.
