Notes: Appears after the Police has caught the Burglar. Items taken by the Burglar will be kept as evidence, but the depreciated value of the items taken will be deposited into the Sims funds plus a bonus as a reward. $Local:2 is a variable, do not translate.

The burglar has been captured! We need to take these objects as evidence! You have been reimbursed by your insurance company for $$Local:0. You also receive a $$Local:2 bonus for the capture of this wanted criminal.
4 Newspaper: Too Many: Dialog: Text

Notes: Appears if 5 old newspapers are found in the house. If a Sim has neglected to recycle old newspapers then the Papergirl will stop delivery until they are recycled.

The newspaper won't be delivered since you already have too many.
6 Skill: Body02: Pool: Gain: Dialog: Text

Notes: After developing a body skill point from swimming in a pool the player will get this message.
