Reused Models and Textures
Much like episode 2 of the previous season, this episode introduces numerous background characters, mostly in the form of Howe's Hardware guards, all of which consist of multiple bits and pieces of previous models and textures.
Tyler
Tyler is one of the random guards at the hardware store. He never gets named in-game, though his files refer to him by name. His head texture is derived from two different ones. His nose was taken from Johnny's, while his skin tone, ears, hands and the majority of other details are copied over from Nick's. Tyler's eyebrows and facial hair are unique to him, however.

Tyler's hair texture is derived from Winston's, having been made significantly darker and having some details on the right side of his head instead of to the left.

His body texture is derived from Troy's, with Troy's original pants still being visible after they were pasted over.

Lowell
The second background guard, Lowell, uses Walter's head texture as the base for his.

Very strangely, Lowell's hair texture is just his beanie, but that's not the odd part. The odd part is the fact that the texture is just Eddie's head texture from the 400 Days DLC (which includes a beanie), with the beanie details having been enlarged over the rest of Eddie's face and tinted blue with a texture overlay. It's clear that the original was just cropped and zoomed in, as the rim of the blue beanie still includes an enlarged version of Eddie's eyebrows!

Meanwhile, he reuses Luke's body texture, but takes the pants from Pete's texture. They were pasted over Luke's texture quite obviously, as Luke's original pants can still be seen underneath.

Vera
The third background guard, Vera, uses bits and pieces from all over the place. Her head texture is taken from Bonnie, and has been made a bit darker. Vera's texture also has a mark in her neck, but it's possible that this wasn't a deliberate choice and is just an issue with the texture.

The model and texture of Vera's hair are reused from Sarah, just recolored blonde instead of black.

Vera's body texture reuses Carley's vest texture from her appearance in Season One's Starved For Help, while her pants and shoes are taken from Christa's texture in episode 1 from this season.

Tisha
Tisha is the fourth random guard. Her head texture is a reworked version of Sarita's, but it also contains traces of being based on Bonnie's/Vera's, as it has those specific hair strands next to the ears which Sarita's texture lacks.

The model and texture of Tisha's hair are reused from Season One's Brie, just altering the skin color and (badly) removing the hair tie.

Similarly, Tisha also reuses parts of Brie's body texture, having the same pants and shoes, but her top is instead copied from Pete. The fact that Brie's texture was used as a base is clear as parts of the latter's brown coat can still be seen in Tisha's texture.

Hank
Hank is the fifth and final background guard from Howe's. He's also the only who gets named in-game, and the only one with anything close to a substantial role. His head texture is almost identical to Victor's, only being lighter and getting a more pronounced beard. His hand textures were also tweaked, for some reason.

His hair (and hat) texture is a recolor based on Nick's.
Nick | Hank |

His body texture is a simple recolor of Winston's.

Mike
Mike, one of the people met in the pen at Howe's, uses a reworked version of Ralph's face texture. Ralph was one of the scavengers encountered in the woods by Clem and Christa in episode 1 of the season. Originally, Mike was supposed to be Ralph, so it's not hard to see why the two have such a similar face texture.

Just like Hank, Mike uses a recolor of Winston's body texture. His version also gets a little logo added to the front featuring a stylized "M".
Winston | Mike |

Shel
Shel, another optional cameo character from 400 Days, uses a recolor of Christa's outfit from episode 1 of this season.

Becca
Becca, Shel's little sister, not only repurposes the body texture from Victor, a male, but she's also the only child seen repurposing textures from an adult.

Wyatt
Wyatt, similarly to Tyler mentioned above, uses a recolor of Troy's outfit, with the same quirks being present in the texture, but with different tones than Tyler's. It's hard to say which one came first, but it seems like Wyatt's was derived from Tyler's, as some of Tyler's coloration appears on the edges of Wyatt's outfit.

Vince
Vince has a body texture that's derived from Carlos'. This is quite obvious due to some of Carlos' plaid texture still being visible underneath the reworked textures.

Russell
Yet another 400 Days character, Russell, actually reuses his own textures from his first appearance in that DLC, which in itself was already based on Omid's. It nicely showcases the differences between season 1 and 2's art styles, as season one's has much more dark lines, due to a more comic book-inspired look.

Tavia
Tavia uses a recolor of Katjaa's clothing she wears from Season One, episode 2 onwards. Part of Katjaa's hair is still present in the texture, although now partly recolored to be more red, for some reason. As with Russell, the reworked texture shows just how much the art style shifted from season 1 to season 2.
