Titan Quest/Unused and Cut Enemies

To do: Do research for unused content related to enemies on expansions that were released by THQ Nordic (Ragnarok, Atlantis, and Eternal Embers).

Through all acts the player fights different types of monsters, each having variations, champions, and even heroes. Some of these cannot be encountered because they're either not included in any polls that are used for proxies, or their polls are simply not used anywhere.
