Is that something new or just a fancy name for one of the existing plugins? -- Sheeza 18:07, 5 August 2013 (EDT)

I think it refers to SoftGraphic HLE plugin, which is pretty new. -- Purplebridge001 03:25, 6 August 2013 (EDT)
That's what it is. I used 1.5.0. It's slow but the performance tradeoff for a multitudes more accurate image is totally worth it (as opposed to running some HLE plugin at 320x240 where the video card's methods of bias can lead to major artifacts). I think it could be suggested in the screenshot guidelines for when the HLE plugins just look crap in certain situations, like Mischief Makers, Mario Tennis and Superman 64. There is also the earlier 1.3.0 version which had the smooth post-process filter, but I'm not sure whether that is appropriate to use regarding the whole pixel clarity thing. -HsienKo 14:32, 6 August 2013 (EDT)

How are you getting into Quake III Revolution's LINKFILE.LNK? A few others asked on the game's Discussion page, but got no response, so I thought I would ask you directly. --LanHikariDS (talk) 01:42, 8 January 2018 (EST)

I managed to get into the file, however I've hit a new roadblock: I can't extract the ssh files. The only program I can find that can supposedly do this is EAGT (Electronic Arts Graphics Tools), but EAGT refuses to even run on my computer. Any advice?
Even under compatibility mode? The only thing I can think of is a virtual machine with Windows XP, though that is not always stable. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 01:41, 10 January 2018 (EST)
Whenever I run it, it says: "Component 'comctl32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"
EDIT: It works! I didn't think about compatibility mode fixing it, but it did! Thanks for the idea! --LanHikariDS (talk) 01:54, 10 January 2018 (EST)
New issue: Whenever loading a texture, i get an error "Run-time error '9': Subscript out of range", and EAGT closes --LanHikariDS (talk) 02:21, 10 January 2018 (EST)
