This game is defunct. Do note the game no longer works at all without modifications. This is most likely due to the game's servers being shut down. As a result, further official developments with the game are unlikely to happen.

You got your Battlefield Heroes in my Battlefield 2! Unfortunately for those who might have been interested, the game's servers were shut down on July 14, 2015.

"Vroom Vroom!"

The emote sounds from Battlefield Heroes are present in Sound_client.zip\VO\English\West\Emotes\ and Sound_client.zip\VO\Russian\West\Emotes\.

Lots of leftover Battlefield Heroes graphics are present in Menu_client.zip\External\FlashMenu\images\. All of those images can or could be found in Battlefield Heroes itself, except the Battlefield Assault logo. These images were probably used for testing around.

Battlefield Assault

Menu_client.zip\External\FlashMenu\images\background\ has, among other things, this old title screen from an earlier version of the game under a different name. Curious.
