Can be seen in the pre-rendered introduction, which might be what it was made for.
The model is mostly properly rigged for use in cutscenes, but lacks the signature enhancements for them, such as the higher-poly hands and face.
CS_GN_Littleblkboy
Same as CS_GN_HBoy.
CS_GRH3a_Ricky_W
This model of Ricky may have been meant for The Rumble, but he uses CS_GRH3a_Ricky_D2 instead, which is based on his non-winter model.
CS_JKH3a_Bo
Bo never appears in a cutscene.
His hat is missing.
CS_ND_Beatrice_W
Beatrice may technically appear in Chapter III for The Diary, but she uses CS_ND_Beatrice_HP instead, which is based on her non-winter model.

Compared to the in-game model, it has a different face texture (simply upscaled to double the resolution) and features cutscene model-specific enhancements.

Mrs. Carvin never appears in a cutscene.

Brandy never appears in a cutscene.
Meant for the scrapped Small Offences mission.

Only made for the pre-rendered introduction.

Outfits
Alternate versions of Jimmy's earlier models exist, where the head was separated from the rest of the outfit.
These likely represent the devs' first attempt at adding a clothing system to the game.
The models differ from the previous ones as they use a single texture, resulting in a loss in quality.
They do, however, feature higher-poly hands; an upgrade made just for Jimmy's in-game models later in development.
