These training maps were not developed by Valve, but rather developed by Hidden Path Entertainment around the same time they were tasked with porting Counter-Strike: Source to consoles and helping with Left 4 Dead 2 development. In the end, Valve decided to cut down on the training experience by a significant margin. Of note is that most, if not all the maps are littered with obsolete entities with the prefix training_, as well as references to missing overlays/decals (some can be found within the repository).

tr_dustbowl

Hmmm...
To do:

This map exists in the current release of the game. Differences are likely to be minimal or non-existent.

tr_engineer1

TeamFortress2-tr engineer1.png

A training map for a RED engineer on the 2nd point of the 1st stage of Dustbowl. Prompts are given to teach the player where to build. Enemies spawn upon upgrading them. An invincible BLU sentry protects part of the map while all routes to the 1st point are blocked off.

tr_goldrush

A training version of pl_goldrush with only the first stage (although the other 2 stages are in the -unused vis-group). This map has Sentry Guns, Dispensers and Teleporters strewn about. The countdown timer will freeze at 9 seconds, not allowing the player to go further.

tra_sol_corridor

tra_sol_pointbreaker

An Attack/Defend map meant to be used for the cut training courses.

tra_sol_rocketjump

A screenshot of this map was leaked prior to the 2023 gigaleak, where its name was unknown.

tra_sol_targets

TeamFortress2-tra sol targets.png

An assault course-type map. Internally called "Beginner Sniper Training", meaning that it would have been used as part of a Sniper tutorial.

tra_sol_warehouse

TeamFortress2-tra sol warehouse.png

tut_spy

An unfinished box-like map. Judging by the name, it was probably meant to be used as a Spy tutorial.
