Region differences. The US version has roster changes, added/removed modes (particularly the management mode), and made the MMA octagon inaccessible.

Despite its Japanese name, Final Fire Pro Wrestling wasn't actually the final Fire Pro Wrestling game.

As is common in many games, "Push Start" is changed to "Press Start". The title screen also got a weird turquoise tint for the background. The man in the black suit is now visible thanks to the different logo style.
