Kaizou Choujin Schbibinman 3: Ikai no Princess

Also known as: Cyber Citizen Shockman 3: The Princess from Another World (re-release) This game has debugging material. |
Tasuke and Kyapiko return for a third outing, this time in glorious CD-ROM form complete with a professional voice cast, Red Book audio, and lavishly-animated cutscenes (the latter notably worked on by future Rockman Megamix author and Pokémon designer Hitoshi Ariga in one of his earliest credited roles).
While no less flashy than the previous entry, the developers seem to have significantly overcorrected in response to complaints about that game's brutal difficulty, resulting in this one turning into a bit of a cakewalk and getting a rather mixed reception.
Extra Options
At the console's boot screen, hold Down + II on Controller 2 and press Run on Controller 1. In addition to unlocking the "omake" option normally made accessible by beating the game, this also adds entries for a stage select and visual scene test.
While the stage select lists two test levels, they can't actually be selected (the cursor can't scroll down from Stage 7), which is just as well since their data seems to have been removed from the disc.
