At the TurboGrafx-CD boot screen, hold Down + II on Controller 2 and press Run on Controller 1. This adds omake, Stage Select, and visual test options to the options menu. Note that the two test levels in the Stage Select cannot be selected (the cursor can't scroll down from Stage 7).
