Elementary, my dear Cactus.
This needs some investigation.
Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page.
Specifically: If anyone can open these files on Unreal Engine 4 or is able to modify the game's code (main file) to enable the debug menu and camera please contact me on Discord (Ro#3717) or my YouTube (youtube.com/RoGamer97).

Ninjala is a free-to-play multiplayer action game that received lukewarm reviews, with many praising the multiplayer, gameplay, and art style, but criticized the story mode. The game was widely compared to Splatoon due to its style and gameplay.

Unused Models

On the Season 1 of the game there are models and textures with Olympics logo and "TOKYO 2020" written on it. These models/textures would have been used for a Tokyo 2020 Olympics event, but so far, they have been left unused.

Debug Content

In the game's files, you can find folders under the names of Debug, DebugInput, DebugFlow, DebugMenu, and other debug stuff found in input files.

Game > Asset > Common > Maps > Debug
Game > Asset > Common > Maps > DebugInput
Game > Asset > Common > UI > DebugFlow
Game > Asset > Common > UI > DebugMenu (This only exists on Season 1 of the game)
Game > Asset > Common > Maps > Debug

Debug Menus

Judging by the folder name and content inside of it it is confirmed that Ninjala has a debug menu however the folder only exists on Season 1 therefore it seems that the debug menu was removed in later versions. Inside of the folder there is a lot of content about the pieces of the game so we can assume the debug menu is huge and can do a lot of stuff.

Some stuff about the debug menu can be found in another file, probably related to the inputs of the debug menu.

Debug Camera

There is a folder related to inputs and their actions, in a few of them you can see stuff about the Debug Menu and Debug Camera. The Debug Camera is probably some sort of camera that can fly around in your control or related to objects/characters.
