Oh Shit! is a relatively average Pac-Man clone made infamous by the fact that Pac-Man comedically says "Oh shit!" whenever he dies.

The game's development seems to have been quite quick and dirty; according to Ronald van der Putten who supplied the PCM code (he wasn't the voice actor, actually), the game was made on a whim without compiling any prototypes and the final product was what got shipped.[1]

Unused Graphics

This fruit was meant to appear to represent level 15 in the game, but shows up as garbled graphics instead, leaving this unused. This isn't too surprising...

Regional Differences

The game was heavily censored in Europe, reportedly due to being too obscene. As a result, the game was renamed for that region and contains several differences.

Aside from the title and publisher changes, the beginning of the voice introducing the ghosts has been elongated: while the original version simply had it say "This is Joey, Paul, Willy and Frankie", Oh No! instead repeats "This is" before every name.

Oh Shit! Oh No!

Oh No! also removed the joystick test, for whatever reason.

Death Sound

Oh Shit! Oh No!

The most obvious change is that the eponymous soundbite was changed to "Oh no!", which we can all agree isn't nearly as funny.
