This is a sub-page of Persona 5.

Cacti speak Japanese.
...But what does it mean?
This game has text or audio that needs to be translated. If you are fluent with this language, please read our translation guidelines and then submit a translation!
Notes: The text in e100_004, e118_002, e126_001, e152_201, and e189_099.

Even with the large amount of cutscenes, some of them never play in-game.

There are even more found in Persona 5 Royal's 2022 port.

Story

Shido Arc

e403_001

Unused scene of the Prime Minister and his aides terrified of Shido's rise in popularity/favorability.

Yaldabaoth Arc

e445_002

A cut scene of the group opting out of changing the public's heart in favor of staying as the Phantom Thieves. It skipped some dialogue before the first line is said:

[Morgana]
It's true that even if we erase the Metaverse, there's no assurance that the world will get better.
And if we lose our powers, we won't be able to stand up against criminals like Shido ever again...

[Haru]
Then, would it be more definite if we changed criminals' hearts as they come up, just as we've done?

[Yusuke]
I honestly can't tell which is the best method to go about this.
However, Shido has had a change of heart. I doubt he'll make trouble should he become prime minister.
It won't sit well with us though...

[Makoto]
...So we should be targeting criminals and not the general public, huh?

[Ann]
Guys...

e453_001

An unused game over cutscene. Two policemen walk into LeBlanc and announce that the protagonist has been chosen by God before subsequently arresting him. This was likely intended to be used if the final Palace wasn't completed on time. However, the player is forced to complete the final Palace within a day, leaving no way to fail the deadline.

e467_001

A scene of the Phantom Thieves telling off the Holy Grail, but then the Grail sinisterly laughs.

Epilogue

e474_104

Sojiro and Futaba say their goodbyes. Plays out like the used 474_103, but it's in Japanese, they don't mention Morgana, and has the unused third choice "That's worrisome..." (answer not dubbed).

Events

e740_091

A confidant meetup cutscene of the protagonist, Ryuji, Ann, and Morgana doing karaoke. The choice prompts are about which music you like listening to. Supposed to take place on 4/24 during daytime.

e740_101

Another confidant meetup cutscene of the protagonist, Ryuji, Ann, and Morgana, eating at the Shibuya diner. The choice prompts are about liking sweets or not. Supposed to take place on 5/1 during daytime.

e740_111

Another confidant meetup cutscene of the protagonist, Ryuji, Ann, and Morgana, at the park. The choice prompts are about liking the cityscape or nature. Supposed to take place on 4/29 during daytime.

Unused Cutscene Parameters

Shortly before exam week, teammates message you about wanting to study with them; who you study with depends on who you respond to via instant messaging and you will subsequently study at these specific locations: School Library (Makoto), Shibuya Diner (Ryuji and Ann), and LeBlanc (Yusuke). Since Haru and Futaba never message you, these sessions go unused, as well as Makoto wanting to study at the Shibuya Diner.
