Unused Igor Text

With the exception of Caroline and Justine and Sae, every Confidant have unused text of Igor telling you that you formed a contract with someone. It was replaced with a grandiose introduction with Lavenza voicing over instead. Strangely, Yusuke's is unique and Mishima's is placed in the story.

Unused Mishima Rank 7 Dialogue

In Mishima's Confidant rank 7, when you see his shadow in Mementos, you refuse to change his heart and Ryuji makes a comment about it. And it seems the rest of the group would make one as well, but is never used.

If he's really such a big fan, he should know how a true member of the Phantom Thieves would act here.

Names and descriptions for several unused Confidants. Akemi Gunji is an early name for Tae Takemi and Taichi Nishina is Yuki Mishima. Likewise, Kaoru Hatakeyama is an early name for Munehisa Iwai, although the name Kaoru was used in the final as the name of Iwai's adopted son.

Justice Confidant Rank 9 Description

In Shido's Palace, the Justice Confidant ranks up from 8 to 9, and then 9 to 10, in back-to-back story cutscenes. Since you have no opportunity to go to the menu to view the Confidant menu in-between those 2 rank up scenes due to boss battles, the description for Justice rank 9 is normally unviewable in-game.

The World Confidant

An entire series of dialogue for unlocking and advancing The World Confidant and description for its effect (the ability to freely adjust the stats of Personas of The World arcana) are present, but go unused as The World arcana is obtained right at the end of the game, leaving no way to build the Confidant naturally. Worth noting is that there are no Personas belonging to The World arcana in the final game because of this.

Room Customization

Unused dialogue that implies that the protagonist's room was going to be more customizable than what it is in-game. Each customization option would've had 5 variations, and would have allowed the player to change various aspects such as the bedding, carpet, curtains and sofa cover. This idea seems to have been scrapped early in development, as no items related to this feature seem to exist and most of the reactions from Morgana for the various options are blank. The ň's in the text would be replaced with the option chosen.

In the final game, the only means of customizing the player's room is by putting gifts from the Confidants on display.

There's text for getting a CD player for your room and repairing it. You would buy CDs from the Underground Shibuya Mall, which you can interact with the store but can't do anything but buy gifts for Confidants and play them back into your room. Lunchtime Hangouts

There is unused dialogue indicating that you would have been able to invite Ryuji, Ann, Makoto, Haru, Mishima, and Kawakami to eat lunch with you in Shujin's cafeteria. Characters would express different reactions depending on the type of lunch chosen (grilled fish, boiled fish, sashimi and fried fish, and a special lunch if you scored top 10 on exams).

For party members, eating lunch with them would have also granted them stat bonuses to their respective Persona. For non-party members (Mishima and Kawakami), you would have received stat bonuses for (presumably) your own currently equipped Persona.

Sneaking in the Real World

Kamoshida and his volleyball team goons are watching the hallways. If they catch you, you won't be released until night time.
If the goons spot you they will give chase, use the L1 button to identify who is after you. Find a hiding spot to avoid being caught!

If you press the R1 button while moving, you can use the Phantom Thieves skill "Stealth" to dash without looking supicious.
However, you cannot dash in cramped quarters, such as the inside a classroom. Try dashing in more spacious areas.
