These are the Egg Pokemon Professor Bellis gives you at the start of the game, they need to be hatched differently compared to every Eggmon that followed. As you can imagine being starters, you can only pick one. These count as real Sync Pairs in the Pokedex unlike future Bulbasaur, Charmander or Squirtle eggs and hatch as base potential 3*s rather than 1*s. They also have entirely different movesets, although they aren't very good. It's better to keep it for collection flex. None of these have a Sync Pair Stories.
Player & Bulbasaur
This egg Pokemon is the only one of the three starters to not have a 3-bar Move, instead it has Solar Beam. It's also the only egg Pokemon to have Dire Hit over X Sp Atk, a Physical Attack and a Physical Sync Move. Can be evolved into Ivysaur and Venusaur.

Jessie's Sync Pair Story is the same as her Story Event, Double Trouble.
Parker (Youngster) & Cottonee
The most unique out of the Sync Pair here, this is the only playable Sync Pair to not be scoutable, be it either as a free reward (Jessie, James, Bugsy) or as part of a gacha banner (Ash). Instead, he is only playable as part of a fixed team during the Double Trouble event (the same event that made Jessie playable). This is also currently the only Sync Pair to use a Cottonee.

James & Weezing
And make it double! James was the second of the two members of Team Rocket from the Pokémon anime to be made playable, introduced as a Tech Sync Pair on September 17th 2020 and could be obtained for 130 days. This means James ran for about 18 days longer then Jessie. Theortically making him a bit more common, but not by much. Interestingly both Jessie and James are classified as coming from Pokémon: Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee according to DeNA's 4th Anniversary character render summary.

Ash & Pikachu
Probably the most famous out of the semi-inaccessible Sync Pairs, Ash & Pikachu became a scoutable Special Strike Sync Pair on August 28th 2022 and would be obtainable for 42 days to celebrate the Masters 8 Tournament Arc in the Pokémon Journeys anime. As a Master Fair if he were to rerun he would obtain one of 4 EX Roles which have been added since he was last available. He has been hidden from aspects of the game afterwards, even being omitted from a Masters-centric Famitsu issue releasing in 2024 and his Story Events not being featured in the Trainer Tales Social Media Event which featured all Story Events up to July 2024 except That Classic Thunderbolt and Blazing Battle with Ash.

Sync Pair Story
Helena (Hex Maniac) & Haunter
The infamous Hex Maniac from Pokémon X and Y joined the game as a free Sync Pair through a Seasonal event. You could obtain Helena & Haunter through the event Otherworldly Encounter starting from October 17th 2022. This event alongside Helena later reran next Halloween season starting on October 18th 2023. The Otherworldly Enounter event did not return for 2024 and confirms Helena and presumably other Event-tied Sync Pair's fates may be in limbo if their event's don't rerun otherwise. Scary.

Petey (PokeKid ♂) & Pikachu
In a shocking twist of fate, Petey the other PokeKid is a Special Sync Pair Event instead of a standard Seasonal event NPC Sync Pair. Petey and Pikachu are a Electric Tech that could be obtained starting from February 2nd 2024. His release came a few days after Chase & Pikachu's debut almost mirroring how it went for Eve and Elaine, but unlike Elaine and Eve in the Let's Go in Search of Wonder! Event the two Pikachu owners never meet and didn't share a Splash screen.

Player & Alcremie
I can't believe it's not an Eggmon! This Fairy Support Sync Pair is similar to the Player's Default Pikachu, Torchic and Solgaleo in that it's a Main Character Sync Pair with a Sync Grid. What's also unique about this Sync Pair is that you can choose between 6 different forms of Alcremie, but once selected it never be changed later, so choose wisely. The Alcremies could be obtained from the Sweet and Fancy Special Sync Pair event starting from February 14th 2024. An Alcremie with Ruby Swirl Strawberry decorations was added in 2.53.0 when the event returned for the first time.

Sync Pair Story
This Sync Pair does not have a Sync Pair story, but does have a unique cutscene in it's own event.
Lillie (Anniversary 2024) & Solgaleo
When this Sync Pair leaked not many believed it. A fan-inspired recolor of a fully fledged 2021 Anniversary Master Fair, with a repeat Legendary, being handed out for free? Blasphemy. Some hours later, it was confirmed real from the same 5th Anniversary Trailer that spawned the leak. Lillie & Solgaleo is a free Steel-type Field Sync Pair released starting September 28th 2024 and could be obtained from a Special Story Event Celebrating the game's 5th Anniversary named Fetsive Sun & Moon. Her EX materials were given out via a log-in event just like Riley and Prof. Oak before her. She was also given an EX role, being Field, making her the 2nd Sync Pair in the game to have the Sprint/Field role combination, something extremely valuable for Battle Rally and putting Greta & Breloom's Pokefair status into more questioning.
Lacks a unique EX style.

Sync Pair Story
Clavell (Alt.) & Sprigatito
As compensation (as some would put it) for Pokemon Violet being ignored entirely for Paldea's representation until Florian's addition, here we have Clavell in his Uva Academy Uniform. He forms a Grass Sprint Sync Pair with Sprigatito. He lacks a unique EX costume per-the-norm but has an EX Role just like his standard counterpart with Quaquaval, but this time it's Tech. Just like with past free Sync Pairs released as a run-up to Anniversary Clavell had a log-in bonus featuring Custom 5★ Power-Ups. This vesion of Clavell was released starting February 17th 2025, the same day as Juliana funnily enough.
