Debug Flags Screen
A flags screen can be enabled by removing version from the game's files. It appears to mostly be there to progress to a particular point in the game, but it isn't very clear how to use and most options crash the game.

Debug Remnants
Inside 899.scr, there is scripting intended for a debug mode. However, it's unknown how these portions of the debug mode are activated yet.
