Barn Boys

I thought I should mention, some of the developers are currently doing a playthrough of the final game, with lots of interesting commentary. At one point they mention the anvil bit, or at least that there used to be a secret life here... really cool to see it confirmed here! Looking forward to hearing more about this prototype :) --Celice (talk) 04:27, 11 November 2013 (EST)

I already knew about the developers commentary, but I haven't watched the videos yet :/. Also, thanks a lot for the support. I will be adding more things I can find to the page. TempleofDreams (talk) 08:21, 16 November 2013 (EST)

More differences/correction to the article

Okay, here is some more differences and corrections Edit: Here's some more.-

  • Scaredy Birdy- The music that plays when you talk to birdy is absent.
  • Windy- You cannot get to Barn Boys or Hungover areas via Windy, probably a catch-all for the public.(correction)
  • Pruned- Speech bubbles and most animations are missing. The white arrow on the prune faucet is missing. The first cutscene is used in the unused title screen.
  • Yee Ha- This subchapter has not been implemented yet, so it uses Pruned as a placeholder. You can get to it via Pruned, however. Speech bubbles and animations are missing.
  • Blast Doors- The game crashes when this is selected. Pesumably this subchapter would be "loaded" when exiting from the subchapter Krang's lair.
  • Brass Monkeys- When The Big Big Guy is selfdestructing, the voice sounds like a woman's voice, not a robotic voice like in the final.
  • Sweet Melody- When he sings, "How d'you think I keep this lovely grin?" His teeth does not shine but there is the sound effect.(correction)
  • Sweet Melody- When he sings the fourth part of the music, sometimes he is smaller sized. It is currently unknown how this happens.
  • Mr. Death- This subchapter hasn't been implemented yet, so it uses Mrs. Catfish as a substitute.
  • It's War- This subchapter hasn't been implemented yet, so it uses Great Balls of Poo as a placeholder.
  • The Expiriment- Music is absent, the Metal Bridge sound effect is missing, and the little girl model is absent during the cutscene, except when her model is with the big tediz. Speech bubbles are missing when she's describing the weapons.
  • Peace at Last- Animations and speech bubbles are missing plus the game crashes after Conker says, "I made it".
  • The Windmill's Dead- The first cutscene shows that speech bubbles and animations are missing, but the second one is entirely missing, skipping to Enter the Vertex.
  • The Vault- This subchapter hasn't been implemented yet, so it uses Enter the Vertex as a placeholder (I cannot get past the guards, so I'm not sure if you can get to the vault via "normal" gameplay)
  • End Cutscene- This subchapter has not been implemented in the menu yet (again, cannot get past the guards, so I'm not sure if you can beat the alien and activate the cutscene)
  • Other- Crash Debug has been disabled, most likely to prevent players from accessing the menu.
  • Other- You can skip the intro by pressing Start, likely to get to the demo faster.
  • Other- If you go to a cutscene while you're still flying, the helicopter sound effect will continue until the cutscene is finished.
  • Other- Whenever you go to a cutscene after conker takes off the mask, but you're still outside in the windy area, all cutscenes will act as if all characters are masked. -Hexatendo (talk) 16:57, 22 February 2015 (EST)
Oh, thank you for the help! TempleofDreams (talk) 12:21, 5 November 2014 (EST)

Adding all of this to the ECTS demo

Hey, TempleofDreams, Now that there's an official page for the ECTS demo, could we please move all of this to the ECTS page please? I think this would be a good idea to update the section. Thanks!

Yes, in fact, I was in the middle of moving stuff, but I was bored. Go ahead and move it! My post on here, More differences/corrections to the Article, has been discovered by me. And all of this was played using an Everdrive 64.-Hexatendo (talk) 12:03, 30 November 2016 (EST)

Even more differences/correction to the article.

So, I found out some stuff over the years since I made the talk article.

  • When the cutscene with the great mighty poo singing louder until he breaks the window, he is smaller sized if you have not taken any damage during the entire fight.
  • Most Rumble Pak features are missing. The only ones that I could find are the Machine Gun Shots. This is also apparent in the Debug ROM.
  • When you get past the guards and enter the vault (I finally got past the guards), you are stuck there until you pause the game and return to the main menu. It is unknown if the Alien fight is in the code yet.

That is all I could find.-Hexatendo (talk) 12:15, 30 November 2016 (EST)

Inside the Windmill

I remember seeing maps of inside the Windmill in this demo. Does anyone remember/know the GS codes to warp to there? --Flargy filler (talk) 18:28, 2 May 2019 (EDT)

Update: The code is " 800A679F 0015". Will add it to the article sometime soon.

Clean up + more documentation

I spent about 4-ish hours trying to clean up the page and add some more information. I'm burnt out right now, but I might add more later on, as the tip of this prototype's iceberg hasn't even been touched yet. --Flargy filler (talk) 05:55, 3 May 2019 (EDT)

Uncensored audio?

At several points, the subtitles are censored, but the actual audio is not.

Which parts have this?
