Debug Menu
At the TurboGrafx-CD boot screen, hold Right + II and press Run. Release the buttons when the game starts, then at the title screen, hold Left + II + Select and press I to enter a debug menu with options to view every cutscene (Visual) and select any level (Game) in the game.
