Since when where Scratch games not allowed anymore?
Where exactly does it say that Scratch games aren't allowed anymore? If there's no proof, then there's no reason to mark this article for deletion. This message was signed by SuperGamer18! :3 (talk) 21:31, 12 September 2024 (UTC)
- From what I can remember, Scratch games are allowed, if given permission by the site admins. This page has been here since 2019, so there was probably permission given at some point. So, there truly is no reason for this page to be marked for deletion. I would probably get confirmation, though. KurosurinTomasu (talk) 15:39, 13 September 2024 (UTC)
- Latest word from the admins is that no Scratch games are allowed, per conversations on the TCRF Discord server (example 1, 2). You might be thinking of fangames or Roblox games when it comes to the whole âallowed with admin permissionâ bit, as those categories *do* use that rule. âZyxyz (talk) 16:16, 13 September 2024 (UTC)
- Rules & Guidelines say Scratch games are treated as fan games, though it seems like the odds of getting approval are 0. The "The page has been around a while, so it probably got permission" argument was tried with Robot 64 and failed. If permission had been granted, it'd have a fan game template like BFDI: Branches.
