Has anyone had any luck getting this to work with a controller?

- Are you referring to get it work on a real console? If so, I did with my Wii U. --PonyPikmin1998 (talk) 22:36, 9 December 2015 (EST)
- That's pretty odd. I tested the viewer with a Wii (with GameCube support) and it worked fine. And with a Wii U with Nintendon't and the GameCube adapter it also worked. I don't know why it doesn't work for him. --PonyPikmin1998 (talk) 03:42, 21 December 2015 (EST)
Unused title screen and SD card stuff... (NTSC version)
First of all, the unused title screen shown in this page (opening_demo_tvomake_short.pkc).
The title screen is fully functional. Just replace opening_demo_tv3_short.pkc with the file mentioned above.
And about the SD Card stuff, there's a file named sdcard.pkc that triggers this in the NTSC version:
When I open it replacing opening_demo.pkc, it does nothing. Pressing the START button just blackens a bit the screen.
I tried to open it replacing the Binder script (nicecard.pkc). It shows the same thing, but pressing the A button triggers a confirm box saying "N/A", and lets you select Yes or No.
- Selecting Yes triggers even more message boxes saying "N/A", and finally triggers an error. Then you can trigger the confirm box again by pressing the A button again.
- Selecting No just resets the game.
But the most interesting thing is that pressing Yes seems that tries to import something into a SD Card. I don't know why it triggers the error, but it would probably be because as Dolphin doesn't have an option to insert a SD Card, it triggers the error.
Attempting to insert anything in Memory Card slot B and selecting Yes crashes the game (only tested in Dolphin, I can't take screenshorts from hardware).
I'm not sure if this would help. If not, feel free to delete everything.

Meowth's Party
While looking through the files, I could swear I saw data for Pokémon that only appear in the "Meowth's Party" section. The segment is 3D and features Meowth and the other Pokémon doing random things, meaning it's not pre-rendered. However, the player can't influence the action in any way, and trying to screen-capture models and textures outputs static images of the screen. So is Meowth's Party basically a program within a program, that the player can't actually influence, that fools the game into thinking it's a recorded video? Meowth's Party is a video sequence. In fact, the game randomly chooses between a selection of different video sequences. More info here. --ConnorRentz (talk) 00:01, 2 November 2019 (EDT)
