Revisional Differences

Game Data Downloading to SD Card

In some older versions, there will be a message about download game's data to your SD card on first time boot up. This was also used in Talking Ben, Talking Tom Cat v1.6, and their other apps. It was removed in newer versions.

As of now, the download servers are still working to this day.

Removed Features

• Prior to Version 2.6, the player could use custom videos.
• The player could spin and tap both Tom and Ben at the same time, this was removed in v2.0 due to limitations of the new sprites system implemented.
• Before the splash screen was added, there was an intro of Talking Tom & Ben News.
• There was an audio of Ben getting rid of a fly in older iOS versions. It's reimplemented again in 2.9.1.78

Internal Android Package Name

The package name for older versions is com.outfit7.talkingnews. For newer versions, it's com.outfit7.talkingnewsfree instead.
