Hmm... There's no immediate way to do this. 2D, 3D and spinoffs, maybe? "Classic", "Adventure", etc. wouldn't work well either ("Adventure" only has 2, we'd have to come up with crazy names for the others). You meant that categorization in sections, right? {EspyoT} 20:10, 21 September 2012 (EDT)
Why not just the main games (including remakes and collections) and Spin-Offs? As many games as the Mario series has, it still has all main games in one section. --Peardian 22:41, 21 September 2012 (EDT)

Sonic X-treme

I thought we usually don't put unreleased games in the series templates. Why is Sonic X-treme in this template? --AquaBat (talk) 15:15, 27 August 2015 (EDT)

I thought it was unlicensed games we don't put in the templates. Unreleased games are still part of their respective franchises, so I think they should be in the series templates. -WarioBarker (talk) 22:22, 12 September 2015 (EDT)
