Debug Menu

Applying the below code and pressing L3 at any time will enable this menu. This was once used as a crash handler. If the game crashed and could recover, this menu would appear on-screen, however it is not possible for this menu to normally appear without cheats.

SLPS-25529 codes:

Master Code (only needed for cheat devices)
902BD458 0C0AF4BE

Press L3 For Debug Menu
D0342582 0000FFFD

Only one test option works in this menu.

TestGame

This would be a versus mode between 1P and 2P, however the game appears to softlock after selecting a stage.

TestSpMovie

Starts a simple movie script. The movie itself doesn't appear to be used.

Unused Text

Present in function 0x001be3a8 is text for a test story screen. Nothing seems to use this routine anymore and appears to be missing code to properly execute.
