Lor & Magolor's Bomb

File path: DATA/files/g3d/step/weapon/roah/Bomb.brres.cmp

The Lor Starcutter boss fight, officially named Lor & Magolor has an unused bomb, simply just named Bomb, which just reuses one of the textures for the ship model; basically, like with "IceBlizzard" and Traitor Magolor's Bubble, the model itself is unused, but the model's texture is. Interestingly, an EX variant for the model itself is nowhere to be found in the files, although the texture used does have an EX variant as it is used in the EX variant of the ship model. The texture used for it along with its EX variant is named ShipTop01. Said bomb doesn't have any code leftover in the files, making this nonfunctional.

Unused Toggle Switch

In the game's code, there exists an unused but fully functional "Toggle" Switch that functions similarly to some Pull Switches, which do have a "Toggle" variant used in the final game unlike their floor-dwelling counterparts. The reason for why switch was left unused is unknown, although it's most likely due to softlocking concerns.

DoorCover

File path: DATA/files/g3d/step/gimmick/DoorCover.brres.cmp

There is an unused non-functional door cover that is just named DoorCover, which has 2 animations in it, named Main and TopL. It is unknown what it would've been used for. Main shows DoorCover shining, while TopL shows many frames of nothing but DoorCover having alternate lighting!

Unused Goal Game Door

File path: DATA/files/g3d/goalgame/gimmick/Door.brres.cmp

There is an unused door for the Goal Game just named Door, which only has one animation just named Main. Like the one-way door in the final game, this door has a big, yellow star, but instead has one star like the round-trip doors rather than 3. The unused door however, greatly resembles the one-way door shown in the Nintendo Investor Relations Event 2011 trailer for the game. Both this door's star model and DoorCover use the same texture. The doors used in-game, along with the used Goal Door are instead found in DATA/files/g3d/step/effect/gmkcommon/Door.brres.cmp.

Hearbell

File path: DATA/files/g3d/step/chara/enemy/Hearbell.brres.cmp

A fully animated, pink plant-looking enemy only slightly bigger than Kirby named Hearbell who goes unused in the final game and has no code leftover in the files, meaning that they cannot be put into the game as an enemy. Judging by its animations as well as it being slightly bigger than Kirby when comparing the size of its model, it likely would have functioned very similarly to the Pacto enemy but smaller. It may have inspired the Pacflower enemy in Kirby: Triple Deluxe seen below.
